The Career Advisors is an educational consultancy based in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. The consultancy was founded in 2016 by Waqar Abdullah.

The Career Advisors may provide educational counselling and related assistance concerning courses, universities, admissions (including MBBS abroad), scholarships, study-abroad opportunities, and other education-related matters, depending on the student's requirements and the services offered at the relevant time.

The availability and scope of any particular service may vary depending on the student's circumstances, the relevant institution, course, country, or applicable requirements.

2. Nature of the Website

The Career Advisors website is primarily an informational and enquiry platform.

• May produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• Does not constitute admission advice, legal advice, or any guarantee of outcome
• Should not be relied upon for financial, visa, or admission decisions

Users are strongly advised not to share sensitive personal information (including phone numbers, addresses, Aadhaar, passport details, or financial information) through the AI Counsellor.

For personalised guidance, users should submit an enquiry form or book a free counselling session. Any important information received from the AI Counsellor should be verified with a human counsellor before acting upon it.

5. No Online Payments or Online Application Processing

The Career Advisors does not currently process payments through its website.

The website does not itself constitute an online payment portal for consultancy fees, admission fees, application fees, or other charges.

Similarly, submission of a website enquiry does not itself constitute a direct online university or college application.

Where The Career Advisors provides services that involve fees, applications, documentation, or other formal processes, those matters may be handled separately through appropriate channels and may be subject to additional terms communicated directly by The Career Advisors.

19. Website Availability and Technical Issues

The Career Advisors aims to keep its website reasonably available and functional but does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.

The Career Advisors will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform a website or service-related obligation where the relevant circumstances are beyond its reasonable control.
